BUSINESS SERVICES FOR CREATIVE ENTREPRENEURS, SUSTAINABILITY-CONSCIOUS BUSINESSES AND CHANGE-MAKERS

Hello! I'm Sophie Dean and I have been providing Event Facilitation, Executive Assistance, Business Administration to small businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups across a variety of industries since 2015. I am the Finance and Operations Manager of The Human Hive Global CIC, working with change-makers across the globe who want to make a difference WITH not FOR people.

I work as a freelancer facilitator in various Business Acceleration Centres in London where I help facilitate events geared to help businesses remove obstacles, become more productive, inclusive and sustainability focused.

My previous clients include entrepreneurs in the Technology, Blockchain and Renewable Energy sectors and I'm currently supporting an author and writing coach; a progressive education consultancy firm; an organic veg box company and an artists cooperative, amongst others. I'm also the administrator for an international self directed learning centre that runs projects on the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

I can provide a broad range of services from basic bookkeeping and reconciliation in software, self assessment help, payroll and business administration, as well as day to day coaching and support with investment raises. 

In addition I can design and facilitate virtual or physical collaboration events that are bespoke to your business. I work remotely and/or in person in Brighton and can provide services on a weekly, monthly or one-off basis.
